SCOPE

The City of Leesburg seeks to secure the services of a qualified, Florida-licensed Certified

Contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and

incidentals for the 5th Street Parking Lot Project. The Contractor shall follow the engineered

design plans provided by the City of Leesburg and perform all work in accordance with the

specifications set forth in the solicitation.
