Every prospective bidder is required to attend a Bid Meeting scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 3, 2026, in Room 102 at Des Plaines City Hall, 1420 Miner Street, Des Plaines to review the scope of the improvements and the project specifications. Failure to attend this mandatory meeting will disqualify the bidder.

All bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, Room 602, 1420 Miner Street, Des Plaines, Illinois 60016 until: 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in Room 102.
