Lee Ave Emergency Culvert Replacement

The City of Waycross will receive sealed bids for all material, labor, and equipment necessary for the construction of Lee Avenue Emergency Culvert Replacement at the Waycross City Hall ¿ 417 Pendleton Street ¿ P.O. Drawer 99 ¿ Waycross, GA 31502-0099 until 2:00 PM prevailing local time on October 30, 2025, at which time and place bids will be opened and read. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization/demobilization; miscellaneous selective demolition; excavation; dewatering; flow diversion and bypass pumping; demolition and removal of existing arch culvert and headwall; construction of new 10 x 8 GDOT Standard 2401 reinforced concrete single box culvert; construction of new reinforced concrete headwall; miscellaneous water and sewer improvements; drainage improvements; subgrade and base preparation; hot mix asphaltic concrete pavements; concrete curb & gutter where required; grade adjustments at affected manhole and valve box covers; traffic control; erosion and sediment control; surface restoration; and all other work and appurtenances required.
