LED Video Wall, Accessories, and Support 25-0047

Project Description: It is the intent of the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida to obtain competitive bids for firm fixed pricing for the purchase of direct view LED video walls and related accessories (including training), all labor (including supervision, materials, equipment, tools, fuel costs, trip charges, mileage, vehicle charges, and travel times), and subcontracted services, when needed, for above and beyond the initial LED video wall installation and warranty. The specifications establish the minimum requirements for providing and installing LED video walls as described herein, to be used district wide by the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida and purchased on an as needed basis.
