The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking to replace current fluorescent lights with LED lights in the office area at Building C-54 at Naval Weapons Station EARLE in Colts Neck, NJ. As the FEMA staff returns to the office full time, FEMA is required to provide a well-lit office that meets both energy and OSHA requirements
SITE VISITS: Site visits will be held August 4th, 2025 and August 5th, 2025, 11 AM EST. Location will be NWSE Earle, 201 Route 34 S, Building C54, Colts Neck NJ. Attendees will need to fill out NAVSEC5512 form to enter the base. Attendees must be a US Citizen, English speaking, have Real ID, and clean background check.
