RE: ADDENDUM #2, BID NO. 20260683, LED LIGHT FIXTURES - ANNUAL CONTRACT
Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and
effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the additions,
deletions and revisions as listed herein.
ITEM #1 QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:
Q1: Will the County release the 2,000 fixtures as a single order, or in multiple batches over the contract term?
A1: There will be multiple batches over the contract. No minimum amount is guaranteed or implied.
Purchase Orders shall be issued on an "as required" basis.
Q2: What delivery schedule does the County expect after each release - and are staggered/partial deliveries to
the Public Works Lighting Division accepted?
A2: Delivery time is part of the criteria of award (TS-08) and will be based on the timeframe stated by the
Awarded vendor. The County does accept staggered deliveries so long as they are within the parameters
established within the delivery time stated on the bid form.
Q3: Must our unit pricing hold firm for the entire contract term?
A3: Yes.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260683. Bidders
