RE: ADDENDUM #1, BID NO. 20260683, LED LIGHT FIXTURES - ANNUAL CONTRACT
Bidders are hereby notified that this addendum shall be made a part of the above-named proposal and contract documents.
The following is issued to modify, and/or clarify the proposal and contract documents. These items shall have the same force and
effect as the original bid and contract documents, and bids to be submitted on the specified date shall conform with the additions,
deletions and revisions as listed herein.
ITEM #1 QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:
Q1: The estimated quantities are listed as approximately 2,000 total units. Is that estimate for 2,000 units of each
fixture, or 2,000 units combined between both fixtures? Also, is that quantity an annual estimate?
A1: The County estimates approximately 2,000 total units per year. No minimum amount is guaranteed
or implied. Purchase Orders shall be issued on an "as required" basis.
Q2: I understand that the quantities provided are only estimates, but would you be able to share the actual usage
from the previous contract term?
A2: The County purchased between 600 to 1,200 each year previously.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260683. Bidders
are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
