LAMP REQUIREMENT

Bulb must be DLC/Energy Star certified.

BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS

Quote shall be FOB destination and must include any shipping/freight fees, and all applicable taxes and anticipated lead time. DO NOT INCLUDE HAWAII ENERGY REBATE. REBATE REQUEST WILL BE SUBMITTED BY THE UNIVERSITY.

SUBSTITUTION REQUESTS

Substitutes are subject to prior approval. Specifications Sheet of substitutes must be submitted to lna4@hawaii.edu by 3pm PST on 02/06/2026 or it will not be considered. We reserve the right to determine equivalency. Approved substitutes will be posted in an addendum by 3pm PST on 02/11/2026.

Receiving Hours: M-F 7:30am-11:30am AND 12:30pm-3:00pm

DELIVERY REQUIREMENT

Delivery 2-4 weeks upon receiving Purchase Order. Partial deliveries will be accepted, with full delivery completed by the end of the 2-4 week period. Please provide anticipated lead time in your bid.

INVOICING REQUIREMENT

Vendor invoice must include Customer Name, PO #, Lamp Model #, and Quantity of each lamp model.

OTHER

Please note, for purchases exceeding $2,500, the University of Hawaii is required to comply with Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 103D, Hawaii Public Procurement Code. Specifically, under this code, the University must verify compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the State. Complying with the code involves obtaining the vendor\'s Certificate of Vendor Compliance, which may be obtained via Hawaii Compliance Express.
