Lebanon Street Sweeping 2026

The City of Lebanon, New Hampshire is seeking the bids for 2026 Street Sweeping services with renewal year 2027 and 2028 as alternative options. Interested CONTRACTOR should respond to this request on or before the time due for submission.

The initial term of the contract shall be for one (1) year, commencing on the agreement start date and ending on end date. The City may, at its sole option, renew the contract for up to two additional one-year periods.

The City reserves the right to decline renewal for any reason and shall not be required to provide justification.

Following the receipt of the proposals, City staff shall evaluate the proposals and review for selection.

Emphasis in selecting a CONTRACTOR shall be placed on the CONTRACTOR’s experience in projects similar to those which the City anticipates doing.

The City has approximately 165 curb miles and 4 public parking lots included in this Scope of Services. It is recommended that a site visit be made. The City will not provide traffic control; traffic control should be included in the price given.
