Leave Management & Consulting Services

Project Description: The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD or District) seeks to engage the services of a qualified vendor to establish a co-source partnership for the management and administration of leave associated with the American with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The selected vendor will serve as a co-source partner to consult and collaborate with MCCCD to streamline the FMLA and ADA processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide high quality support to employees. The District expects that the right solution will be a partnership of consultation, administration, and software. While software is anticipated to be a part of the solution, it cannot be the only component of a solution. The District is seeking a true partner to guide and collaborate with its staff in managing its leave program.
