Project Description: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is for the State of Hawaii, Department of Health - Hawaii District Health Office (STATE) to enter into an agreement with professional service providers who are experienced in acquisition, leasing, and maintenance and who will submit a bid for cost savings. The IFB will address such factors such as multiple vehicle acquisition, leasing options, interest rates, and maintenance for State Vehicles.

NOTE: The State of Hawaii, by virtue of State law, cannot and will not consent to indemnity or arbitration clauses in any proposed lease agreements.
