Leased Books Program

This solicitation is issued to identify the most advantageous solution to meet the Library’s needs for a Leased Books Program. The requirements are qualitative in nature and may vary based on the proposed approach and demonstrated ability of the proposer to fulfill the Library’s service objectives. The County seeks innovative, cost-effective solutions that align with the Library’s operational goals and commitment to high-quality public service.

Award of the contract will be made to the proposer offering the best overall value to Seminole County, as determined through an evaluation process that considers multiple factors, including but not limited to proposed approach, qualifications, service capabilities, and price. Price will be considered as one factor among others identified in the solicitation.

The contract resulting from this solicitation shall be established for an initial period of three (3) years, with the sole option of the County to exercise up to two (2) additional one-year renewal periods, for a potential total term of five (5) years. The initial contract term is anticipated to commence on or about March 2026 (tentative).
