Lease Purchase Financing for FY2025 Capital Equipment Expenditures

The City of Marble Falls is requesting sealed proposals from qualified capital financing-lending institutions to provide lease-purchase financing for Fiscal Year 2025 capital equipment and project expenditures.

Sealed Bids will be received by the City Secretary at Marble Falls City Hall, 800 Third Street, Marble Falls, Texas 78654, until 10:00 a.m. (local time) on THURSDAY, the 13 ^TH day of February 2025, and then at said place, publicly opened and read aloud.  Bids will also be opened digitally on the same day and time.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals for any reason it finds to be in the City’s best interests.

The Instructions to Bidders are on file to be examined and will be available from the City Secretary’s Office in City Hall, Marble Falls, Texas and on the city’s website at www.marblefallstx.gov.

Sealed proposals will be accepted through the City’s e-procurement portal or can be addressed to the City Secretary, City of Marble Falls, 800 Third Street, Marble Falls, Texas 78654 and shall be labeled:
