NOTE: There will be a walkthrough of the building for any and all interested parties at 10:00 on Thursday, April 10, 2025.

Bids shall be submitted on the attached form in sealed envelopes plainly marked “Bid # 30-25 for Lease of Willard Beach Concession Building” and shall be emailed to the Purchasing Agent at the above address.

Electronic (PDF) copies of the RFP Documents may be downloaded at https://southportland.gov/Bids.aspx. Printed copies of the Documents are not available.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the Owner.
