Lease of Vehicle

Sealed bids for the Lease of one (1) electric/gas hybrid vehicle for the City of South Portland’s Code Enforcement Department as specified, in the Bid Document, with the leases starting no later than April 1, 2025, will be received by the City Purchasing Agent, via e-mail at For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. , until 2:00 p.m., February 27, 2025. Proposals received after the above stated day and time will not be considered. Each bidder must submit a single email, where the subject line clearly states “Lease of Vehicle (BID# 26-25)”.

Electronic (PDF) copies of the Bid Document may be downloaded at https://southportland.gov/Bids.aspx. Printed copies of the Bid Documents are not available.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the City.

No bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after receipt of bids unless released by the Owner.
