Lease of type “A” conventional school buses

Braintree Public Schools, pursuant to M.G.L. 30B, is seeking bids for the lease of type “A” conventional school buses for the period July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029.

Bids are due on November 3, 2025 until 11:00 AM to Sara Kauffman, Director of Finance and Operations, Braintree Public Schools Central Office, 348 Pond Street Braintree, MA 02184 or via Commbuys.

Bids that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. E-Mail submissions will not be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of a Bidder to ensure its bid is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. It is strongly recommended that bids are mailed or delivered in advance of the due date and time. Late bids will not be accepted.

The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
