Pre-Bid Conference: Two MANDATORY site visits/open houses will be held as outlined below. The first MANDATORY site visit/open house is Monday February 3, 2025, any time between 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Rohr Home building located at 2120 Marshall Edwards Drive, Bartow, FL 33830. The second MANDATORY site visit/open house is Monday February 10, 2025, any time between 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Rohr Home building located at 2120 Marshall Edwards Drive, Bartow, FL 33830. An authorized representative or agent of the Proposer must be present at one of these meetings/open houses, between 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Proposers Proposal will be considered non-responsive.
