Description:

The Oak Hills Park Authority, of the City of Norwalk, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in leasing the tennis courts at the Oak Hills Park. The anticipated lease term would be for five (5) years, commencing May 1, 2026 and ending on August 31, 2030, with optional add alternate to extend the season through Fall season ending November 30th. There will be no extension option to either party. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
