The purpose of this service requirement is to lease the Temporary Modular Break Room on the northeast corner of Building 125 at Robins AFB and the Temporary Modular Office Building on the northwest corner of Building 125 at Robins AFB, GA. These facilities will provide for C-5 and F-15 personnel.
1.1 The contractor will inspect both Modular Trailers every 6 months and repair of any item that needs to be fixed.
1.2 The contractor will be responsible for the inspection and maintenance of the roof, floor, floor covering, ceiling tiles, walls, doors, windows, locks, plumbing, plumbing fixtures, fire suppression piping, underpinning, electrical outlets, electrical hookup, breaker boxes, HVAC systems and filters, fire suppression piping, fire alarm, emergency lighting and lighting fixtures.
1.3 The Contractor will have 24 hours to respond to calls for emergency repair maintenance items that would prevent the use of the Modular Trailer and 4 working days to respond to routine request for repair.
1.4 The contractor will continue to provide and maintain the American Disability Act (ADA) compliant handicapped ramp decks and stairs that are currently tied into the existing buildings.
1.5 The contractor will demobilize the breakroom and facility modular buildings at the end of option 4 and remove both buildings from Robins AFB as determined by Facilities Engineering at Robins AFB.
1.6 Al the Utilities provided to the Modular Buildings will be run, connected to, and provided by Robins AFB.
