In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, §16 the City of Marlborough ("The City"), requests proposals as detailed in RFP # PF 2025-08 for the Lease of Space at 255 Main Street, Marlborough, MA 01752.

Available space consists of a total of 1890 sq. feet of underutilized space on the first floor. (3 rooms). The RFP package may be obtained from the City’s procurement website in the open bids section (General Bids) at https://www.marlborough-ma.gov/bids.aspx as of September 17, 2025, at 11:00 am.  RFP document may be downloaded from the Related Documents section.

All hard copy proposals shall be submitted to the office of the Chief Procurement Officer, 140 Main St. 3 ^rd Floor, Marlborough, MA  01752. Proposals are due by 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 1, 2025., at which time they will be publicly opened and recorded.
