Lease of Parking Spaces for Community Hospital

SUNY Upstate Medical University is looking to lease up to five-hundred (500) parking spaces, within a two (2) mile radius of Upstate's Community Campus (4900 Broad Road, Syracuse, NY 13215). Proposals must be for at least 100 spaces or more and ready to use. Upstate will be operating a shuttle service to transport employees between the lot and the Community Campus.

• The site must be available year-round, Monday through Friday, with hours to be determined.
• The site must be surfaced with striping and have proper lighting.
• The owner shall be in charge of the site/surface maintenance as well as snow removal and salting, as necessary.
• The proposed lot must have space available for the installation of a bus shelter, the cost and installation of which shall be borne by Upstate.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Section 139-j&k, also known as the Lobbying Law. The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law Section 139-j&k, and New York State Tax Law Section 5-a. The successful contractor will be required to submit valid and current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Benefits insurance certificates.
