Lease of Non-Aviation Parcel of Land IFB

The City of Lawrence Municipal Airport is looking for qualified tenants/developers interested in leasing a parcel or portion thereof, of airport property owned by the City of Lawrence, Massachusetts.  Proposals will be received at the Office of the City Clerk until 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 20, 2025 as outlined in the attached specifications:

Interested proposers are urged to attend a pre-bid walkthrough on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 3 p.m. at the Lawrence Municipal Airport Office at 492 Sutton St North Andover, MA.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part or to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous for the City of Lawrence.  The City also reserves the right to make the award, which is found to be more advantageous for the City of Lawrence.

All proposals submitted in response to this RFP will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B.  Bidders will be required to adhere to the guidelines established under this statute.

Five (5) copies of the proposal must be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room 107, Lawrence, MA 01840.  Bids delivered elsewhere and not in this office by 11:00 AM, 02/20/2025 will not be considered.  Clearly mark in a sealed envelope and label “non-aviation parcel Lease Proposal, 02/20/2025.”
