Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek one or

more agencies, organizations, companies, or corporations interested in leasing space in Montgomery

County Public Schools’ holding facilities. These facilities are typically used by the school system as

temporary interim space for existing schools undergoing renovation projects. When the facilities are not

in active use, they may be available to organizations seeking short-term lease space. The following school

facilities are currently available:

● Grosvenor Center, 5701 Grosvenor Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814 – Currently available through June 30,

2028, with possible renewal options, as determined by the Montgomery County Board of Education.

● Radnor Center, 7000 Radnor Rd., Bethesda, MD 20817 – Currently available through June 30, 2028,

with possible renewal options, as determined by the Montgomery County Board of Education.

Please respond according to the instructions provided in the attached. Proposals must be received on or

before October 26, 2026 at 2:00pm EST. Proposals received after this date and time will not be

considered. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope with the RFP number, opening date and

opening time indicated in the lower left corner of the envelope. Proposals shall be delivered to MCPS

Department of Procurement, 45 West Gude Drive, Suite 3100, Rockville, Maryland 20850. Questions

regarding the RFP must be submitted by 4:00 pm on September 23, 2026.

In the event of emergency closing of the MCPS Board of Education offices, this RFP will open at the

same time on the next regular working day.
