Description: The City of San Antonio is requesting offers to provide the City of San Antonio Police
Department's (SAPD) Fusion Center with the lease of Remote Surveillance Units (RSU) for the
placement of security cameras throughout the events to include but not limited to the Rock & Roll
Marathon, New Year's Eve, and Fiesta events. The Digital Security shall provide a portable remote
video documentation system, electronic access control system, and intrusion alarm system. The video
documentation systems provided shall be commercial-grade High-Definition (HD) systems based on
multiple architectures to allow for customization. The supplier shall work closely with City's Information
Technology (IT) staff and facilities management personnel to ensure the design of the system are
appropriate for the solution required. The units offered shall be deployed for a single day or defined
time frame. The cameras shall have the ability to be relocated as often as necessary, and placement
shall be flexible with the ability to operate without utility power. The City will consider surveillance units
that are "of equal" in performance and functionality.
