Scope of Services
The Sebastian Municipal Airport (“The Airport”) is seeking proposals from interested individuals or businesses to develop and self-build aircraft hangars on five (5) pre-existing sites designed to accommodate 60’x60’ buildings. Each site is part of a larger developed parcel and will have its own Ground Lease. The lease of airport property shall be consistent with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and the Airport Minimum Standards. Proposers must possess the financial and organizational capacity to implement the proposed capital infrastructure successfully and promptly, while also providing a favorable vision for utilizing the property to achieve the goal of establishing the Airport as a stable, viable, and self-sustaining entity.
