Learning Outcomes Assessment Platform

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to solicit proposals from experienced, qualified, and responsible firms for a Learning Outcomes Assessment Platform software program for SUNY New Paltz. The University seeks a Software-as-a-Service solution. The University intends to award a single contract. Any offeror submitting a response to this RFP must be able to provide the Learning Outcomes Assessment Platform software program according to the specifications and qualifications requirements outlined in the RFP.

In compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an Offeror/Bidder in relation to any specific procurement in excess of $15,000 should be made only with authorized personnel of SUNY New Paltz who are designated as the contact person(s). The restricted period for this procurement is defined as: From March 18, 2024, until final contract approval by SUNY New Paltz or the Office of the State Comptroller as may be required.
