Abstract
The Delaware Department of Education (DDOE or State) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors (Vendor) to supply products and services to provide a learning management system, to be used by the Delaware public education system including modernizing and enhancing capabilities and functionality. This is the subject of this Request for Proposal (RFP) and is referred to as the Learning Management System (LMS).
PLEASE NOTE: Appendix D is referenced in RFP, but is the responsibility of the Bidder to Create. Please see Appendix B for details of Appendix D requirements.
