The Wisconsin Department of Administration, State Bureau of Procurement on behalf of the Division of Personnel Management, is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit information for a Learning Management System (LMS).
The LMS must provide numerous agency specific and general business skills trainings, track attendees/completions, organize content in a central location, personalize trainings based on classification or job requirements, and automate the learning process. The information gained from this RFI may be used in the development of competitive solicitation for LMS. |
