Lealman Signs

Pinellas County Administration is seeking a vendor for sign construction and installation for the Lealman Community Redevelopment Area (CRA), in the event that any existing signs fall below the Lealman CRA standards and/or are damaged.

Lealman CRA has previously installed custom gateway and wayfinding signs. Moving forward, a contractor is needed to make/remake, install, and fix any issues related to the signs within the limits of Lealman.

Sign fabrication is not for replace of damaged signs only; it is also by request if the county-standard sign is still in place. This will only apply to the street signs.

All existing Lealman signs were permitted by the County as one bundled application. Any proposed future signage would require a new permit to be submitted through Building Development and Review Services (BDRS). Replacement and repair of the previously permitted signage would not require a permit as long as the location and design remain the same.

Lane closures / temporary traffic control / maintenance of traffic (MOT) is not required for any current sign locations.
