Leaf Disposal Services Request for Proposal for the United City of Yorkville

All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail to Director of Public Works before March 23, 2026. A written response in the form of a public addendum will be published on the United City of Yorkville website on or before March 27, 2026 .

Sealed proposals for the leaf disposal services for the United City of Yorkville will be received at the address listed below until Tuesday, April 1, 2026 at 9:30 am. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the date and time listed above and at the location stated below. Proposals not physically received by the date and time listed above will be returned, unopened to the Contractor. Emailed or faxed proposals will not be accepted. Award of Contract: The City will make the final award of the proposal. The successful Contractor and Agency will execute a contract set forth in the proposal package within fourteen ( 14) days from the award of the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals. No Proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of thi11y (30) days after the proposal opening date without the consent of the City.
