Summary:Arlington County requirements are for biodegradable paper bags in palletized
shipments for its Leaf Collection Program and Spring Yard Waste Program for up
to a five (5) year period. Prices shall include all costs of production, transportation,
delivery fees and any fees for artwork to be printed on bags. Bags will be off-loaded
and stacked by County personnel.
