Description:

The Ulster County Planning Department (UCPD) is seeking support for the implementation of two housing-related programs. Respondents to this RFP are required to propose an implementation of both programs. Respondents should be highly experienced in housing rehabilitation and environmental remediation efforts, enjoy existing relationships with lead abatement contractors and testing firms as well as contractors and engineers associated with septic system replacement work.
