Description:	The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) intends to award a sole source contract to Washington School Principal’s Education Foundation. The purpose of this contract is to assist Teacher and Principal Evaluation Program (TPEP) in implementing professional development designed to strengthen TPEP statewide. Contractor will provide services to Superintendents, Principal Evaluators, and Principals, by creating and sustaining training and a principal mentoring program.
