Description:

The City is seeking a consultant to develop a preliminary engineering report, complete

design, provide bidding assistance, and provide construction administration and

inspection services for the Lead Water Main Replacement Project. The City also prefers

that the Consultant be responsible for supervising any work that may be sub-contracted,

including third party inspection firms. Based on written recommendation and agreement

between the Consultant and City, the City shall enter into sub-consultant contracts

independent of this contract if required.
