Sealed Bids for furnishing the following will be received at the office of Central Purchasing, Andover Water Treatment Plant, 397 Lowell St., Andover, Massachusetts 01810, until the time specified below at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The time received will be stamped on each Bid and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time.

Bid Documents and bid forms may be obtained on the Central Purchasing Department webpage located at www.andoverma.gov/bids .

A Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 17, 2023 at 10:00 AM, in the Cafeteria Conference Room, 1 ^st Floor, Municipal Services Facility, 5 Campanelli Dr., Andover, MA 01810.

Bid will be opened in the Main Conference Room, Water Treatment Plant, 397 Lowell St., Andover, MA.

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, or BID BOND issued by a responsible bank or trust company licensed to do business in the State of Massachusetts in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
