Project Description: Greater Cincinnati Water Works seeks a Contractor to act as a third-party administrator to facilitate LSL replacements through the one-off replacement program. This Contractor will maintain a list of certified subcontractors, solicit quotes from this list as necessary to keep pricing in check, manage replacements ordered by GCWW, pay vendors, invoice GCWW monthly, hold reoccurring outreach to increase small and inclusive contracting. The Contractor may also opt to self-perform some of the one-off LSL replacements.
