Submissions marked "COR25-00077 Lead Service Connection Management Program (2026-2031)" (email subject line) will be received by the City of Regina, Procurement Branch via email, no later than 02:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on January 22, 2026.

The solicitation describes a requirement for a list of qualified contractors to help replace underground City-Owned water and sewer connections. This list will also be made public for private replacements.  For a detailed description of the deliverables please refer to the RFSQ.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement

Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement

Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however a list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
