LEAD Industry Day featuring Component Rebuild Shop

The US ARMY CORPS of ENGINEERS (USACE), Baltimore District in partnership with the LetterKenny Army Depot (LEAD) will host an Industry Day on 15 October 2025 at the George H Fallon Building, 31 Hopkins Pl, Baltimore, MD from 1000-1200 ET, doors open at 0930 ET. The day will feature the Compenent Rebuild Shop project with a magnitude (DFARS 236.204 (ii)) between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. This project will utilize the Design Build to Budget (DB2B) also known as Design Build Done Right.

The Industry Day will also introduce multiple other LEAD Fiscal Year 26 projects to include the Rocket & Missile Maintenance Facility and Voelz ACP which has a magnitude of $25M - $100M. There will be some discussion on the FY27 LEAD projects. USACE will present an overview of the DB2B strategy as well as take questions at the end of the presentation.
