The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA)
is
seeking
bids
from qualified
contractors for
a variety of
interior and exterior work
at single-family homes
at multiple locations in the City of Omaha. The purpose of this work is to address lead hazards
identified
through third party testing. You must meet specific training and certification requirements to bid successfully.
Locations are organized into five lots.
Contractors may bid on one or more lots
; contract award will be made by lot on the basis of the lowest total bid for all locations in
the
lot.
Depending on the location, work may
include cleaning of lead-containing dust or residue,
stabilization and encapsulation/painting of lead-cont
aining materials
,
complete removal
/replacement
of lead-containing materials,
general renovation
work,
or a combination of all of these
.
Lot 1 is cleaning only
Lots 2-5 also include post-construction cleaning and clearance testing.
