Leachate Hauling

Project Description: The Delaware County Solid Waste Authority (DCSWA) will receive Proposals online via The PennBid Program up until 12:00 p.m., Local Time, Tuesday, September 30, 2025, Leachate Hauling from the Rolling Hills Landfill Site to Several Approved Wastewater Treatment Facilities, at Delaware County Solid Waste Authority, Rolling Hills Landfill, Earl Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
Bids will be opened and electronically displayed at 12:00 Noon, Local Time, on that date.
Information on bid security, bidder qualifications, who has authority to sign Bid, and Pre-Bid Meeting (if any), are stated in the Instructions To Bidders.
All questions must be submitted electronically via PennBid.
The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Delaware County Solid Waste Authority, in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500) in the form of Official Bank Check, Cash, Certified Good Faith Check, Irrevocable Letter of Credit or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety meeting the requirements of paragraph 4.1 of the Service Contract General Conditions. Failure to accompany the Bid with the above-described Bid Security will automatically disqualify Bidder.

The Delaware County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to insist upon or waive any technicalities required in the best interest of the Authority and consider the competency and responsibility of the Bidder before the award of the Contract and award accordingly.
