Summary

Lea County Solid Waste Authority is requesting Bids for the construction of the following project: Lea County Landfill, Scalehouse Relocation 44248.24, Eunice, New Mexico

The Project includes the following work:

Consists of furnishing all superintendence, equipment, labor, and materials for the construction of the Lea County Landfill New Scalehouse and Paving project in accordance with the Construction Plans, Project Technical Specifications, Construction Quality Plan, and Contract Documents.

Bid opening will be held in the Finance Office, Fourth Floor, Lea County Historic Courthouse, 100 N. Main, Lovington, NM 88260.

A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on July 24, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at Lea County Environmental Services Building, 3411 NW County Road, Hobbs, NM 88240. A non-mandatory site visit to the Lea County Landfill will follow the pre-bid conference.
