LCSS Canopy Repair RFP2026-18

The Liberty County School System wishes to announce that we are requesting bids for Canopy Repair at Lyman Hall Elementary School, Waldo Pafford Elementary School, & Button Gwinnett Elementary under RFP 2026-18 by a firm authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on March 12, 2026, at 9:00 A.M., at Button Gwinnett Elementary School, 635 Taylor Road, Hinesville, GA 31313. All prospective bidders are required to attend. Enclosed is an Invitation of Bid (ITB) packet, which outlines the services being solicited, and instructions, describing the submission of the Statement of Qualifications (sometimes referred to herein as
"statement(s)" or "bid(s)"). This cover letter is not a part of the Bid Documents and the information herein is for reference only. All Bids should be delivered to the Board of Education (BOE) at, 200 Bradwell Street, Hinesville, Georgia 31313. The advertising dates for this RFP 2026-18 are February 27, 2026, through March 30, 2026. Bids will be accepted prior to 10:30 A.M. on March 30, 2026, at which time they will be entered into a register.
