LCPtracker Pro Software License and Support

The Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) intends to renew an agreement with LCPtracker, Inc. for up to 12 months for LCPtracker Pro software and support services. LCPtracker Pro is a web-based labor compliance monitoring software used for collecting payrolls, conformance requests, and debarment and limited denial documents. It is also used for monitoring apprentice documents and pay. This software is critical for MHFA’s business operations involving compliance monitoring of federal Home Investment Partnership (HOME) funds. LCPtracker Pro fulfills MHFA’s Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) federal reporting requirements. HUD could recapture HOME funds if MHFA fails to report the necessary information, which is enabled by LCPtracker Pro.

MHFA determined that LCPtracker Pro is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product that meets its business needs. This is deemed a single source purchase because LCPtracker Pro is solely distributed and supported by LCPtracker, Inc. and is not available from other third parties.
