Summary:The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a multiple term contract
through competitive negotiations with qualified source(s) to provide vending machine services to
Loudoun County School Board, operating as Loudoun County Public Schools (hereinafter “LCPS”). Each Offeror shall respond to this solicitation using the LCPS Electronic Bidding System ( see link provided below)
