A. Purpose Overview

The District is seeking proposals for renovation at the Centennial facility. The intent is for the District to enter into a contract with the successful bidder. Under this solicitation, the District will consider bids based upon what constitutes the lowest and best responsive bid.

C. Timeline Schedule:

• District issues IFB: Friday, January 30, 2026

• Pre-bid meeting & tour at site: Monday, February 16, 1:00 PM (CST). See below for location.

• Deadline for district to receive IFB questions: Wednesday, February 18, 2:00 PM (CST)

• Answers/Addendum Due: Friday, February 20, 3:00 PM (CST)

• Deadline for submission of IFB: Thursday, February 26, 2026, 2:00 PM (CST)

• Anticipated Board of Education approval: Monday, March 9, 2026
