Description

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, applicably licensed and insured, and experienced contractor to complete the resurfacing and enhancement of the 6,000 square foot concrete surface at the Lawrence Plaza Splash Pad and Ice Rink. The work is expected to include but is not limited to applying a durable, slip-resistant overlay capable of withstanding extreme conditions caused by frequent water exposure during summer months and freezing temperatures in winter months for the Lawrence Plaza Splash Pad and Ice Rink, for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department.

There will be an OPTIONAL Pre-Bid Meeting held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 9:00 AM CST, located at Lawrence Plaza, 214 NE A street Bentonville AR 72712. Attendance to the Pre-Bid Meeting is optional, but highly encouraged. City Staff will meet Bidders in attendance and begin the pre-bid meeting at 9:00 AM sharp.
