The City of Janesville seeks proposals from qualified contractors interested in providing grass mowing and weed removal services for private properties, throughout the City, not in compliance with City Ordinance. Including the terrace strip between curb and lot line. Once a Contractor is selected and enters into a Vendor Service Agreement with the City, the City will identify noncompliant properties to be serviced by the contractor and provide work orders identifying services to be performed. No properties may be serviced without City issued work order
