DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. VR552601_83617 – Lawn Mowing Services, Valcartier Garrison and related sites (Qc)
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for spring clean-up, regular clean-up before each mowing, lawn mowing, trimming edges, collecting grass cuttings, weed trimming, brush clearing and fall clean-up, at the Valcartier Garrison, the Québec Citadel and the National Defence grounds in the Hochelaga St-Foy sector.
A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time, and location.

Date: April 10, 2025

Time: 10:00 a.m., local time

Location: 1 Côte de La Citadelle, main guardhouse, Quebec (QC), G1R 3R2.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $ 600,000.00 for a period of two (2) years, with the possibility of three (3) additional one-year extensions. (Possible value of $ 1,567,000.00.)
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
