Lawn Maintenance of Lift Stations

Project Description: The Contractor shall perform all its obligations and functions under this Contract in accordance with the specifications attached hereto, and in a professional and businesslike manner so that the turf areas and planting are maintained in a healthy, vigorous growing condition and are maintained in a neat and clean appearance. The Contractor shall use its best efforts to coordinate its activities with and adjust its activities to the needs and requirements of the Authority and various users of these areas and to perform its activities so as not to annoy, disturb, endanger, unreasonably interfere with or delay the operations or activities in these areas.
