Lawn Maintenance (Jan - Sept 2026)

Service, ground maintenance to include mowing all grass areas, edging all areas, removing all weed, blowing off paved areas each time. Chemical vegetation control as needed, shrubs trimmed four times a year, prune shade trees once a year, leaf cleanup as needed, replace pine straw twice a year.  Location: Home Builders Licensure Board, 445 Herron Street, Montgomery, AL 36104.  Service period is January 1, 2026 thru September 30, 2026.  Submit quote per month, not by visit.
